THANK YOU!!!!
Seaside Music Together is licensed by Music Together LLC., an internationally renowned research-based children music curriculum! Geared for ages infant -7.
Kerrie Hedde is our director and teacher.
Moms, dads, caregivers, grandparents bring their infant-age 7 to class and join in on the fun in the circle! We all sing, dance, play and create music with Kerrie's lead. It's a blast! All children are born musical and want to explore and make beautiful noises with the people they love most!! Don't worry if you can't sing a tune, Kerrie is there to support and guide, but to be honest you are your childs #1 rock star!!
Kerrie plays guitar and sings most everything with out much use of the electronics. We have a fun 55 minute class to play 10-12 songs from your cds and songbook each week (included with the fee). We use drums, triangles, eggs, bells, scarves, parachute, sticks, and more! I create a playful educational musically rich activity for each song every week! We harmonize, learn rhythm patterns, tonal patterns and sing rounds. We dance, move, shake, rattle and roll!! Its so much fun!!
In mixed age classes, the older children really model and engage the younger children and help them discover how to play and dance, sing and more. If you are new and have never tried my classes, please come for a FREE demo.
"Your child learns through a spiral of exposure and experimentation. Repetition is vital, because a child continually processes experiences at new and different levels. Music learning is cumulative and flourishes as a child returns, reviews, and finally masters!"
